Rio's fast and successful recovery: Rio had Pigeon Fever a year and a half ago and periodically had a reoccurring eye infection diagnosed as uveitis that was continuously treated and getting worse after the Pigeon Fever. Unfortunately, Rio had to have his eye removed this past January.
