Boswellia

Boswellia is an herbal extract made from the bark of the Boswellia serrata tree. It is also known as frankincense. The resin (a sticky substance found in trees and plants) makes the extract. Boswellia serrata contains chemicals that might decrease swelling and increase the body’s immune response.
